By returning items you are agreeing to the terms below

• Underwear, including Bodysuits, Boxer Briefs & Shorts, Briefs, Bodystockings, Thongs, G strings, Jock Straps, C Strings, Panties, Garterbelts & Hosiery cannot be returned.
• Other garments, tops, and shorts (not underwear) that have not been worn may be returned if they have not been soiled, or damaged in any way. TRY ON OVER YOUR OWN UNDERWEAR. Please fold the garment neatly and flat. We will examine the articles before any returns will be accepted.
• Returns must be within 30 days via registered post (we will not take responsibility for any losses)
• Labels must be still attached to the item and it must be returned in original undamaged packaging/boxes with tags in place.
• The items must not have been changed or altered in any way.
• All postage costs will be paid for, on returns, these are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Exchanges - When the item has been returned we will refund you for the product (less the postage costs) You may purchase again whenever is convenient for you.
• Refunds – All refunds paid will be less discounts, the original postage costs and will take approx 7 -10 business days to process.
• Discount Vouchers cannot be used for refunds.

C. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request Return.

• Contact us first to notify us of the return, by emailing us the Order Number, the item you are returning, and the reason. We can then create a Return notice for you.
